 EVENTS
River City Home Solutions trains Realtors throughout the
country. We are currently booking for our 2008 calendar.
The following are different types of events we hold:
Realtor Association Events - We
team up with Realtor Associations to hold live training
seminars. Realtors are posturing themselves to stay on top
of the ever changing Real Estate market and the associations
have seen the tremendous results provided to their membership
through our training seminars. Associations such as NEFAR
“Northeast Florida Association of Realtors”
see the need for this type of training and are happy to
assist in getting Realtors trained in this short sale niche.

behalf of your Realtor Association please contact us at

Private Events- We hold private
events for individual Real Estate companies. These
are held specifically for the agents associated with a particular
brokerage company.
Independent Events- We hold independent
events where Realtors of all companies are welcome to attend.
These are promoted and held strictly by River City Home
Solutions.
At all of our training events we offer an in depth turn
key system, complete with a training manual to guide you
through all phases of a short sale. Also included are 26
forms and templates located on a cd for easy access.

and Independent Events. A different type of coaching
is offered at the Realtor Association Events. Either
way you will have access to our knowledge and help throughout
your short sales.
